Future Value Capital is not open to the general public and is reserved for qualified Future Value Capital members. Use of this site is reserved for our members and those invited by them. Each deposit is considered a private transaction between Future Value Capital and its member.

Prohibition of Public Offers by Private Limited Companies

A UK private limited company must not offer to the public any securities of the company, nor can it allot or agree to allot any securities of the company with the intention of offering them to the public.

EU Regulations

In addition to UK legislation, several EU regulations that currently apply directly in the United Kingdom also govern securities offerings. These include:

1. The Prospectus Regulation: This regulation repealed and replaced the Prospectus Directive. It came into full force on 21 July 2019. Part 6 of the Financial Services and Markets Act (FSMA) and the Prospectus Regulation Rules were amended to implement the Prospectus Regulation.

 2. Market Abuse Regulation (MAR): This regulation applies to behavior or transactions in securities that are admitted to trading on a trading facility or regulated market (or for which a request for admission to trading has been made), as well as securities traded on trading facilities or organized trading facilities, and securities whose price or value depends on or affects the price or value of such securities.

MAR establishes an EU-wide regulatory framework aimed at preventing insider dealing, the unlawful disclosure of inside information, and market manipulation (market abuse). Its primary goal is to ensure the integrity of financial markets within the European Union and to enhance investor protection and confidence in those markets.

Regulatory Oversight

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) is primarily responsible for administering and enforcing these rules. The FCA serves as the United Kingdom’s competent authority for most key EU securities laws, including the Prospectus Regulation and MAR.

All data provided by a member to Future Value Capital will be used privately and will not be disclosed to any third party. Future Value Capital assumes no liability for any loss of data.

You agree to release all officers and members from any liability. You invest at your own risk and acknowledge that past performance is not an explicit guarantee of the same future performance. You acknowledge that all information, communications, and materials you find on this site are intended to be considered investment information and advice, and not investment advice.

We reserve the right to change the program rules, fees, and rates at any time and at our sole discretion, without prior notice, particularly to respect the integrity and security of members' interests. You acknowledge that it is your sole responsibility to review the current terms and conditions.

Future Value Capital disclaims all liability for any damages, losses, or costs resulting from a member's violation of these terms and conditions and/or use of our website. You warrant to Future Value Capital that you will not use this site illegally and that you agree to comply with all local, national, and international laws.

Do not post negative reviews on public forums or on the Gold Rating website without FIRST contacting our program administrator. A technical issue may have occurred during your transaction; therefore, please always clarify this with the administrator.

We will not tolerate spam or any type of unsolicited content in this program. Violators of spam will be immediately and permanently banned from the program.

Future Value Capital reserves the right to accept or reject any member without explanation.
